CAP EVASION specializes in organizing private and group tours across Morocco. Our services include transportation, accommodation arrangements, cultural activities, and personalized itinerary planning. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Booking & Payment
- To confirm a reservation, a deposit or full payment must be made via our accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, or cash).
- Full payment is generally required at least 7 days before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are listed in EUR or MAD, and may be subject to change prior to booking confirmation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations made by the customer may result in partial or no refunds depending on timing.
- CAP EVASION reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest) and will offer a full refund or alternative tour.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- CAP EVASION reserves the right to make adjustments to itineraries due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or availability.
- Clients may request minor changes up to 14 days before the tour; major changes may incur additional charges.
5. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and vaccination certificates (if applicable).
- Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings is strongly recommended. CAP EVASION is not liable for damages or losses outside of our control.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all travelers to behave respectfully toward guides, other travelers, and local communities. CAP EVASION reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a traveler engages in behavior deemed unsafe, offensive, or disruptive.
7. Limitation of Liability
- CAP EVASION is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.
- Participation in adventurous activities (camel riding, desert camping, mountain trekking) is at the traveler’s own risk.
