1. Booking Cancellations
a. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email at contact@capevasiontours.com.
Cancellation refunds are as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure: 100% refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
Note: Refund percentages are based on the total package price paid at the time of booking.
b. No-Shows
Clients who fail to appear on the day of the tour without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
2. CAP EVASION Cancellations
In the rare event that CAP EVASION must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, safety concerns, etc.), we will offer:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative tour or date of your choosing (subject to availability)
3. Refund Process
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request.
4. Non-Refundable Costs
The following items are non-refundable:
- Bank transfer fees or credit card processing fees
- Costs for third-party services (flights, hotel upgrades, or activities booked outside CAP EVASION)
- Customized itinerary planning fees (if applicable)
5. Modifications & Date Changes
You may request to reschedule or modify your tour up to 14 days before the start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, health emergencies, or lost baggage. CAP EVASION is not liable for costs outside the scope of this refund policy.
